This afternoon, Brad, Drew, Mom, Deardre, and I headed to my check-up. We were hoping to see what this little one was (the reason for the big crowd). But, my little one was face down and refused to move around. The angle was basically a rear view...looking up between the baby's legs. Dr. Wood couldn't say for sure if it was the cord or a boy. I imagine it is a boy, which we would be absolutely thrilled about. I go for my 20 week ultrasound at Lake Imaging on December 2nd so we should know for sure in about 3 weeks. Dad said the same thing happened with me. They saw the cord and thought I was a boy. Ha!! Little did they know.
The baby looked great and that was what I was most anxious to see. It's just amazing how much detail you can see even when they are this little. Dr. Wood told me I needed to eat. Yes, I know how many times will a doctor tell you that in your lifetime? I lost more weight. I promised her I was eating, but I'm just not starving. Maybe Dr. Wood forgot Drew was 9 pounds 5 ounces. I know how to grow babies!!
Also, I felt the baby move for the first time Wednesday at school. I love that feeling and all of the feelings carrying Drew came flooding back. I haven't felt it again, but it will be getting more regular. I can't wait.

EAT!!!! Okay, now I know you eat, but if you need any tips on eating while pregnant, come on over! Don't worry about gaining weight, just think that little one(I still think it is a girl) needs some good groceries!! EAT!! You better eat big now because I recall at the end of your pregnancy with Drew you barely had any room to eat! I can't believe that she told you to eat!! You did not tell me that this afternoon! Girl, you better take care of yourself!

Well I can't wait to hear what the baby is. I am excited to hear it is healthy! You make me feel are warm and fuzzy inside thinking about when my babies kicked in my belly. I'm so happy for you!
That anxiousness i felt waiting to find out what mine was about killed me!!! well...i can't wait for that 3 weeks to pass so we can find out!
We are destined for wild, crazy, sweet, fantastic boys! I am excited. Dad will almost have his baseball team. If it is a boy for sure, then I will most definitely have to try for a girl. Thanks. You didn't tell me that you felt him move. That is great. I do miss that. love you
