Drew is one! I honestly can not believe how fast one year goes by. Time is really put into perspective when you have a child. I am remembering all of the memories over the last year and feeling both happy and sad. God has truely blessed us with a wonderful little boy. He is so "big" now and wants to do everything by himself. He favors Daddy and Papa Robert in his looks, but has a lot Papa Dennis' mechanical curiosities. He is fascinated with wheels and trying to figuring out how things work. I could go on and on, but I will stop there for now. Sitting here on December 31st, I must say, that I am so happy to know that I do not have to endure another tax season. Mommy will be home on the weekends and will not be working until 11:00 each night. I have much bigger priorities in life now.
Here are a few of Drew's pictures from his party. He was a sport for all the pictures. He had a ball with his cake. He was completely covered in it. He started rubbing his eyes so I quickly intercepted and Daddy took him straight to the tub. Daddy had a few of his friends join him in the bathroom. It took 3 grown men to get all of the icing off! Ha! It was quite a site I must say. Thanks to Hannah on the picture idea. :-)
