Does it have to be over?

Bummer.....tomorrow it is back to work. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 2 weeks at home. Although, they have been so busy with Christmas, Drew's party and Hudson's birth. Everything was great except for all 3 of us getting pink eye and Drew and I catching colds. I was telling Brad this evening that it was really weird being at home on vacation time. I am so used to only getting two weeks (plus comp time) being an accountant. Whenever we I had time off we usually head to Vegas or somewhere. It was nice to be home. I could get used to the home life with Drew. I am sooooo looking forward to an entire summer off. What will I do? :-)

I was feeling very stressed out this morning looking at my "to do" list I had made myself for break. I believe I had completed 2 things out of about 10. To top it off, those 2 things weren't that much to speak off only finishing my annual CPE classes for my accounting creditials and cleaning out the utility room. I guess I am quickly learning that with a 1 year old in the house not much gets done. He is quickly tearing things out as fast as I am putting things away. But, I must say I put away that list today and forgot about the house this afternoon and went outside with Brad & Drew and played (with our "pink eyes" and all). :-) We had a great time!

Jen, you are a very wise women, to put the list away, and enjoy your son and husband. There will always be a list, but Drew will only be one year old, once, and you can't get this time back, so enjoy!!! Sounds like teaching is working out great for you, more time to be a Mommy!!!

We are coming to Florida on Feb 3rd, and staying until the 7th. On the 4th, we'll be at the Magic Kingdom, on the 5th at MGM and on the 6th at Animal Kingdom. If you guys are able to come over any day, let me know, and I'll tell you exactly what we will be doing. I know we are eating at the Castle on the 4th, around 4:00 and we are having a Hawaiian dinner/show at the Polynesian on the 6th. Brooke and Shana planned it all out, there are 17 of us coming, LOL. Me and Rich,April, Nila and Don, Brooke and Jason, Zach and Shana and Shana's Grandparents, Gene and Nancy. Plus all six babies!!! Drew would have as much company as he could bear. LOL Caiden is 5 now, Ashton 3, Aubrey 3, Madison is 2, Landon 1 and Preston 9 months.
Let me know, I can call your Mom maybe, and talk to her, easier to plan that way. Love to you all,
Robin/Halo.

You are a good Mommy to leave that list and play with your son! Even if you did have pink eye! I enjoy reading your blog!
