Ya-Ya Thursdays!

On Thursdays, Drew goes to Ya-Ya's. I usually drop him off on my way to work. He gets so excited about the time we turn at the Handy Way. He smiles and when we pass my grandparent's road he says "GiGi". (Gigi is what the great grand kids call her.) Drew can hardly wait to get out of the car to see Ya-Ya. He has his routine there. He goes to watch for the squirrels, feeds the fish, eats breakfast, waters the flowers, plays on the playground Dad has for the boys, etc. Then usually he and Mom go run errands and visit GiGi and Papap. It's aways a fun day for both Mom & Drew. I love getting all the pictures on my phone at school of their adventures.

Yesterday, Drew & Mom (well mostly Mom) set the table all up for my bday dinner tomorrow. We always look forward to our bday dinners, even the boys, because Mom aways makes them so special even though we are old and grown. The boys even have their own table this time along with pumpkins.

Enjoy the pictures!!

On a side note, a funny thing happened this afternoon with Drew. I wore a multi colored polka dotted dress to school. When I got home Drew pointed to the blue polka dots and said "blue". I was taken back and yelled for Brad. Brad asked him where the blue polka dots were and he did it again. We haven't been talking too much about colors yet. Maybe he got it from the Blue Wiggle!

I sure do love my Thursday's with Drew! Each Thursday is a new adventure, we are making sugar cookies when mom gets off work next Thursday. I am going to pick Raleigh up on Wednesday so he can join us for Ya Ya Thursday next week. Should be quite the adventure.

It looks like he has a lot of fun! Caroline sure loves going to her MawMaw & PawPaw's house too! Way to go Drew with his colors. Blue was the first color Connor recognized too! I've got it on video. He was right about Drew's age. Caroline has been saying orange lately. Who knows?

Happy Birthday Jen. Thanks for being a good friend and sharing your family with me all these years. I hope this year brings you great joy in your new little one and tons of fun with that boy of yours. He cracks me up.
