Saturday we took Drew to Disney World for Christmas. It has actually been a year since Brad & I have taken Drew to Disney. It is amazing what a difference a year makes. He was so much fun! He's not too much into the characters, but boy did he love all of the "cool" Christmas trees, lights, and rides. It was packed, but we managed to hit some of the highlights. Dumbo, Pooh Ride, Merry-go-Round, train ride, Barnstormer, race cars, lighting of the castle, night parade, and fireworks. He LOVED Dumbo. Brad decided to take him on the Barnstormer since he is tall enough. This is the kiddy roller coaster in Toon Town. Brad said when they went down the first little hill Drew was holding his breath. He didn't cry, but he said he famous "DONE" when the ride stopped. For those of you that don't know, that means exactly what it sounds like. He is finished! He was such a big boy, he stood in line right beside us on the rides.......never fussed or got in trouble. When the castle was lit for Christmas, he said "cool". We made our way to Pecos Bill's for dinner then settled in front to wait on the parade. That was about 8:30. He got still and decided he was ready to go home after the parade. We caught the fireworks on the way to the parking lot. Speaking of the parking lot, we decided just to trek it to the car since the tram was so packed. Well, wouldn't you know we would get lost. We parked in Donald Duck and ended up walking to Grumpy. Yikes! Momma was hurting by then. We found our way, but Drew & I were passed out in about 5 minutes.
On another note, Drew is SO into trains right now. Choo-choo this and choo-choo that. Polar Express is a constantly on the TV lately. He knows all the songs and knows when they are coming on. Well, I found a train at Disney that is just like the Disney train. We are going to put it around the tree for Christmas morning. I can't wait to see his face!! None of the other presents will matter.
Enjoy the pictures! Got to run. Drew is sitting in Daddy's lap looking at me saying "Momma....cuddle". Who can say no to that?

SeaWorld has a whole area dedicated to Polar Express. We are taking the kids after Christmas. The Orlando Philharmonic is playing some of the songs from the movie too. Caroline is so . . . into trains too! She calls Thomas "Momas."
